Basil Rouskas Associates, Inc. is pleased to announced that Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey has received the NILG Best Practice in Affirmative Action Award for their Supervisor Candidate Development Program, our Gateways to LeadershipTM Program which we customized for Horizon.
NILG (National Industry Liaison Group) is an organization that has created, in partnerships with the OFCCP and EEOC at the national level, a forum for open and honest dialogue and a medium through which to share ideas and best practices through education and training.
